Dr Hue
The guys from Nonsense gave themselves 24 hours to conceive, design, build and promote a web-based business. To top all that off, they sold it on Ebay!
With the way things are in the industry at the moment. Maybe it’s better to just get your idea out there, instead of letting it fester in your head. Well done to the guys!

UK MaD Meeting – October
What a great event last night. It was good to see so many Flash Lite developers and Mobile designers all under the same roof.
Ugur from Kuneri presented their new service Pikkoo.
UsTwo showed us some of the work they had produced for their Flashion brand and prototypes with Capuchin. All very inspirational.
Liz Myers was also on hand to demo her 3 favourite features from the new Device Central. Lets just say user testing of mobile content has just got a lot easier. If you get the chance, you should also check out Liz’s videos on Adobe TV – Device Central
Full respect goes out to Matt and Stuart for taking their time out to put on the event. Thanks should also go to Mark and Adobe for providing a venue.
See you all at the next one.
FOTB 08
Another great event put on by John Davey and team. The speakers delivered as usual and I’m already looking forward to next years event.
If you didn’t make the event, be sure to check out the intro sequence by Rob Chiu.

Over The Air (Not the one we know)
Sounds like the perfect title to an Adobe Air conference. Anyway Over The Air is “48 hours of mobile development organised by Mobile Monday London, hosted by Imperial College and supported by the BBC”
Any Flash Lite Developers going to represent and stop it turning into a IPhone/IPodTouch affair? I would have gone if I wasn’t on my way to Mexico.
